About Myrva

Myrva makes her clients feel at ease to share their stories that manifest from unique life experiences. In a session with Myrva, she will assess, teach about coping skills, prescribe, and manage medications related to the issues her clients are experiencing. Clients can expect to be served by a genuine, respectful, and empathetic provider.

She treats ages 6 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, insomnia, stress, PTSD, and mood disorders. She utilizes mental health education and medication management to treat her clients.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
