About Carmen
Carmen Wong is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Carmen approaches all problems with the patient in mind knowing that each experience is unique and individual. Her Eastern background and Western approach provide a holistic model of care which is not solely focused on psychopharmacology. She believes that through empathetic and compassionate care, we can all approach life’s obstacles together with growth and resilience.
You can expect a collaborative treatment plan with Carmen. You will work together to form a plan that incorporates lifestyle modifications, holistic approaches, and psychopharmacology to help achieve the higher quality of life that you deserve. Her goal is to propel you forward so that you can live your most authentic life possible. Carmen treats patients ages 18-65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, life transitions, medication management needs, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), self-esteem issues, and stress. In her free time, Carmen enjoys playing pickleball, a lighthearted crossword puzzle, and exploring new restaurants for fun.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
