About Dr. Sayeed

Dr. Manick is a board-certified psychiatrist who believes effective care starts with listening. He combines evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each patient’s values, aiming to create a collaborative, judgment-free space. His approach emphasizes lifestyle and behavioral changes as first-line strategies, using a methodical approach to medication by trialing one option at a time to clearly identify what works best.

Dr. Manick treats adults ages 18 to 65 and supports individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use concerns. Patients can expect a flexible, empathetic provider who values honest communication and prioritizes their comfort and preferences throughout treatment. His goal is to help clients build meaningful change, and maybe even share a laugh along the way.
