About Stephanie

Stephanie’s counseling style is warm and compassionate. She believes in treating everyone with respect. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals create happier, healthier lives.

She treats ages 12 to 65 and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as helping clients build up their coping skills, navigate peer and intimate relationships, build self-esteem, and manage stress. Stephanie’s clinical experience includes providing inpatient psychiatric services and outpatient telehealth services. In sessions, Stephanie uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavioral interventions, and motivational interviewing.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
