Mary Ann Maino-Socienski is a licensed clinical social worker. Mary Ann helps her patients find solutions to real-life problems by setting realistic goals to calm their body and mind. Her patients often find themselves actively enjoying their therapy sessions, rather than simply going through the motions. She aims to inspire her patients to make positive changes in their lives. Mary Ann treats trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem problems, stress, executive functioning difficulties, maladaptive coping skills, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, peer relationships, self-esteem problems, sleep disorders, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse and control disorders, and mood disorders. Mary Ann has been providing therapy since 2010 and works with patients ages 18-65. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, breath work, and emotional freedom tapping techniques. Outside of work, Mary Ann enjoys planting flowers and vegetables in her garden, visiting new places, and practicing gratitude for all the grace in her life.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
