About Lynn
Lynn McEachin is a licensed clinical social worker. Lynn has years of experience helping patients with depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. He practices honesty in the therapeutic relationship and aims to help his patients learn from life experiences to help in their recovery process. His ultimate goal is to help his patients live better lives. Patients can expect Lynn to be honest and helpful. He offers compassionate listening free of biases, expectations, or preconceived judgments. He sees the therapist’s role as helping patients learn to adapt and cope with their problems and aims to offer suggestions and honesty to facilitate that process. Lynn mainly uses cognitive behavioral therapy in his sessions. He also often educates his patients about their diagnoses, symptoms, and treatment options so patients can learn more about their situation. He has been treating patients since 1995. In his spare time, Lynn loves to volunteer, attend church, play piano, and garden. His secretary is a Dachshund named Lexa. Lynn enjoys working with SohoMD because of the flexibility it allows both clinicians and patients.
