About Gaitrie
Gaitrie’s passion for helping others help themselves guides her practice. She knows how past conflicts, present concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, and thoughts can stand in the way of living a well-rounded life. Through therapy, Gaitrie helps her clients identify and process those experiences, emotions, and challenges. She loves facilitating her clients’ unique healing processes, whatever they may look like. As they grow, Gaitrie is there to encourage them and help them face new challenges as they arise.
Gaitrie works with clients ages 13 to 64 and treats anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep disorders, insomnia, stress, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, and mood disorders. Gaitrie combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and practical coping skills to help her clients.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
