Elizabeth Fumia is a licensed clinical social worker. Elizabeth has been dedicated to providing specialized care in mental health since 2012. Her practice focuses on fostering a supportive environment where each client is valued as a unique individual, aiming to guide them toward their best selves. With a commitment to healing over coping, Elizabeth tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each client. She aims to provide her patients with the encouragement and strength they need to overcome life’s challenges. Elizabeth treats ages 18 to 65 years old and specializes in treating ADHD, maladaptive coping skills, relationship issues, life transitions, divorce, LGBTQ issues, and self-esteem issues. She also treats those experiencing sleep issues, stress, and mood disorders. Drawing from a wealth of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strength-Based Therapy, she offers a diverse range of tools to empower her clients. Outside her clinical practice, Elizabeth finds joy in culinary pursuits, music, attending concerts, and staying active through spinning. She also loves spending time with her dogs—Darth Vader, Kalani, and Nalah—as a means of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
