About Dylan
Do you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your relationships, or life? Are past experiences contributing to the current conflict and creating daily challenges? Dylan believes that everyone should be able to positively live their lives and achieve their goals. Trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, and relationship difficulties may leave us feeling we are unable to progress as we desire. In therapy, you and Dylan will work collaboratively to identify these thoughts and emotions and positively engage them. Dylan’s experience ranges in working with clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. He utilizes a strength-based, integrative approach with clients based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but often implements tenets of psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, and humanism. His focus is on understanding your individual experiences and perspective to cultivate a treatment plan with a specific focus on you and your needs. Dylan will work with you to gain insight into your personal wants, challenges, and concerns to problem-solve solutions and create understanding. He looks forward to assisting you with establishing meaningful changes that will benefit your life.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
