About Dylan
Dylan works with his clients to understand their wants, challenges, and concerns. He then helps them problem-solve and take action to find resolution. Dylan thrives on supporting his clients in making meaningful changes to better their lives. He focuses on understanding his clients’ experiences and perspectives and then cultivating a treatment plan with a specific focus on the individual’s needs.
Dylan works with clients ages 18 to 50 and treats ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, peer relationships, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues including insomnia, and stress. He works with individuals and couples and has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. Dylan uses a strengths-based, integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, and humanism. He is also trained in EMDR.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
