About Diego
Diego provides a non-judgmental perspective on the issues affecting his clients. He strives to build a healthy framework with his clients so they can feel protected and fit all the pieces of their lives back together. Diego believes that most of life’s problems have more to do with the way we interpret events than the actual events themselves. He helps clients refocus to fix the distorted views they may have about their reality. His goal is to help clients believe in themselves so they can improve their lives.
Diego treats ages 12 to 65 and those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, issues with a variety of relationship types, self-esteem issues, divorce, and infidelity. Diego uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing to work with his clients. During sessions with Diego, clients can expect a supportive environment as they build on their strengths and secure space to openly share their thoughts and feelings.
