About Christine
Christine has been treating clients since 1996 and strives to make her clients feel comfortable and safe. She encourages her clients to confront their challenges and supports them through this process, exploring the issues in their lives and pursuing their goals. Christine’s ultimate goal is to motivate clients so they feel able to build on their strengths and enrich their lives.
Christine treats clients 18 and older in dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, sleep issues, stress, divorce and other major life changes, infidelity, gender issues, trauma, and mood disorders. Christine’s style in session is informal and interactive. She likes to use a problem-solving approach. She often uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychotherapy techniques, and a supportive approach, but she has an eclectic style, so she can be flexible and cater to each client’s needs.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
