About Cheryl
Cheryl is a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive provider. She helps her clients by establishing a therapeutic rapport and providing support and insight. Clients can expect Cheryl to be warm, direct, and supportive. At times, as appropriate, she will gently challenge her clients to bring insights into maladaptive thinking or behaviors. Occasionally, she will assign homework such as practicing mindfulness or relaxation exercises such as breathing.
She treats clients ages 13 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, insomnia, stress, divorce, dual diagnosis, infidelity, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse, control disorders, and mood disorders. She uses EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, interpersonal, integrative therapies, and mindfulness techniques.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past.
