About Carly
Carly helps her clients feel in charge of their journeys by connecting with them and supporting them through hardship. While Carly believes strongly that each client should be empowered to select their treatment plan, she provides a clinical perspective and outside opinion. She offers support and helps people see their value. She isn’t afraid to try unconventional methods and is always willing to adjust her approach to meet her client’s needs.
Carly treats clients ages 15 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, peer relationships, intimate relationship issues, self-esteem problems, stress, divorce, dual diagnoses, infidelity, men’s issues, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse and control disorders, mood disorders, and addiction. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered care, and a strengths-based approach.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
