About Bari

Bari’s goal is to help clients develop healthier, adaptive coping mechanisms. When working with Bari, clients can expect a warm, trusting, authentic relationship in a non-judgmental environment. She challenges and supports her clients in coming to transformative resolutions. Her approach to therapy is built on a foundation of collaboration, respect, and empathy. Bari has specialty training in trauma-informed care, has experience treating various mental illnesses, and takes a holistic approach to treatment.

Bari treats clients ages 18 to 50. She uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, emotional freedom techniques, and eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR) therapies to support her clients.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
