Banafsheh treats clients up to 64 years old and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, peer relationships, intimate relationship issues, school-related issues, self-esteem problems, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, impulse control issues, mood disorders. She also has extensive experience working with high-risk clients. During sessions, Banafsheh uses cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Angeli treats patients ages 18-55.
