About Adam
Adam Larkin is a licensed clinical social worker. Adam helps people overcome challenges and achieve their goals in a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth and healing. His main goal is to create a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental space where patients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. He believes everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling, meaningful life and is committed to supporting his patients in achieving their goals. Adam takes a collaborative approach to therapy. He works alongside his patients to develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to their unique needs and goals. Adam uses cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy. Adam has been providing therapy since 2012. He works with patients ages 14-65 and treats ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem problems, stress, and trauma. Outside of work, Adam likes to read, hike, disc golf, garden, and spend time with friends and family.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
