Meghan treats individuals ages 5 to 65 and has extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations. She stays current with the latest research in psychopharmacology to offer safe and effective care for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, OCD, sleep disorders, impulse control disorders, and mood disorders. Her approach integrates medication management with supportive therapy and psychoeducation to foster lasting well-being.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music.
